Ingredients for Keto Chocolate Almond Butter Smoothie:
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 Tbsp (32g or 1.13 oz) almond butter
1 cup ice
1 Tbsp (6g or 0.2 oz) raw cacao powder
⅛ oz (4g) chia seeds
7 drops (1g or 0.02 oz) Lakanto Liquid Monkfruit Extract
½ avocado
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in the blender, except avocado. You can use a stick blender for this, but start on low so the ingredients don’t spill over!
Add avocado and blend.
Serve cold!
