Dark chocolate packs healthy antioxidants, and almond butter and avocado give you some healthy fats for your macro targets. This smoothie is filling and decadent—a meal that feels like a treat (win win). 

Ingredients for Keto Chocolate Almond Butter Smoothie:

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 2 Tbsp (32g or 1.13 oz) almond butter

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 Tbsp (6g or 0.2 oz) raw cacao powder

  • ⅛ oz (4g) chia seeds

  • 7 drops (1g or 0.02 oz) Lakanto Liquid Monkfruit Extract

  • ½ avocado

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in the blender, except avocado. You can use a stick blender for this, but start on low so the ingredients don’t spill over!

  2. Add avocado and blend.

  3. Serve cold!
