- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup Classic Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener with Allulose
- Squeeze of a fresh lime
2 tablespoons cranberry syrup
- 1 cup sparkling water (we used lime)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh cranberries (for garnish)
- Rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
- Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener with Erythritol (for rimming the glasses)
- Lime wedge
Make the Cranberry Syrup:
In a saucepan, combine cranberries, water, and Lakanto Classic Sweetener with Allulose.
Simmer over medium heat about 5-10 minutes until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens. Turn off heat and mash them down a bit to get all the juice out.
Strain the syrup to remove solids, and let it cool in a container.
Rim the Glasses:
- Spread Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener with Erythritol on a small plate.
- Moisten the rim of glass with a lime wedge or water
- Dip the moistened rim into the Sweetener coating it evenly.
Assemble the Spritzer:
- Fill the rimmed glass with ice cubes.
- In each glass, combine cranberry syrup and fresh lime juice. Stir well.
- Top each glass with sparkling water.
- Drop fresh cranberries into each glass for a festive touch.
- Add a rosemary sprig and lime wedge to each glass for a fragrant garnish.
- Give each glass a gentle stir to mix the flavors.
