These apple muffins are fluffy, sweet and mixed with the perfect amount of cinnamon spice! When you are craving a warm fall bake, make this recipe! It'll only take you 30 minutes!
Ingredients

Gluten Free Plain Muffin Mix

½ cup melted coconut oil

½ cup milk

2 eggs

1 ½ cups diced Granny Smith apples

1 teaspoon cinnamon

¾ cup gluten free flour (all purpose will work too, just won’t be GF)

¼ cup packed Brown Sweetener
-
2 tablespoons Classic Monkfruit & Allulose Sweetener

½ teaspoon cinnamon

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° F. Prepare a muffin tin with paper liners and set aside.
Make the crumble by whisking together the flour, Brown Sweetener, Classic Allulose Sweetener and cinnamon. Pour in melted butter and mix until small clumps form. Set aside.
Pour the Plain Muffin Mix into a bowl and whisk together the oil, milk, eggs and cinnamon. Fold in diced apples.
Divide the muffin batter into prepared muffin cups, filling each cup three-quarters full. Generously sprinkle crumble mixture over muffins - use all the streusel :)
Bake at 375° F for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with little to no crumbs. Allow muffins to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
