This smoothie has peanut butter for protein, but you can beef it up even more by adding a protein powder or collagen powder of your choice.
Easy to make peanut butter smoothie.
1/2 cup milk (substitute non-dairy milk of choice)
1 1/2 Tbsp Lakanto Peanut Butter Powder
10-20 drops of Lakanto Liquid Extract (to taste)
1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 banana (Swap for avocado if you're doing keto)
1 cup ice cubes
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy immediately.

To make a thicker milkshake-type consistency, try substituting 2oz of plain Greek yogurt in place of the milk and then sweeten to taste with Lakanto powdered sugar. I use 3 Tbsp. Be sure to use a ripe or overripe banana.
