Collagen Maple Donuts

These donuts are gluten-free, sugar-free, and so easy to make!

They also have added collagen which is known to improve skin health, relieve joint pain, prevent bone loss and more. 

Gluten-free Collagen Donuts

1 cup Lakanto Pancake & Baking Mix

2 Tbsp coconut oil (melted)

1/2 cup water

2 eggs

1 scoop collagen powder

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into donut-shaped baking pans and bake for 15-20 minutes at 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

Sugar-free Maple Glaze

1 cup Powdered Lakanto Sweetener

1 1/2 Tbsp almond milk (or milk of your choice)

1 Tbsp Lakanto Maple Flavored Syrup

1/4 tsp maple flavoring

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Microwave until warm and runny. Dip donuts into glaze and let sit until glaze sets.
