Ingredients for Sweet & Savory Keto Chicken Wings:

  • 3 lbs chicken wings, defrosted
  • 2 T melted butter or oil of choice (we used olive oil)
  • 1 T fresh or dried parsley flakes (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 T Lakanto Monkfruit Golden Sweetener
  • 1 T smoked paprika
  • 1 T Baking Powder (optional, but assists in crispness)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½  tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼-½ tsp red pepper flakes
  1. With plenty of paper towels, pat dry chicken wings to get all moisture out.  Combine seasonings, baking powder and Lakanto Brown Sweetener together in a large bowl. Drop 3-4 wings in at a time and roll around until covered in seasoning.
  2.  Preheat oven to 425°F. Place chicken on baking pan lined with parchment or foil.  Drizzle with olive oil just before putting into hot oven. Bake for 45 minutes, turning once at 20 minutes to evenly get a deliciously crispy outer layer. Serve immediately.

Serves 8, 8 ounce portions (about 5 wings)
