"These taste like gritty cardboard. Did not like them at all."

"Awful flavor & texture, wouldn't bake into a cookie, just a crumble-mush. If I baked them long enough to create a "cookie" I'm fairly certain I'd have gotten a charcoal briquette that was STILL mushy. This isn't edible by any standard. Highly disappointed in these. Every other mix (brownie, cake, muffin, and drinking chocolate) and every other product (chocolate melting wafers, truffles and water enhancer) from Lakanto has been spectacular. This should disappear from the face of the Earth, NEVER to return. Same for the sugar cookie mix."

"The flavor wasn't bad but the texture was awful. They never baked. I had them in the oven for 1 hr! They were soft and crumbly not like a cookie at all. I think the fiber in them ruins them. Now I feel bloated. So they're sugar-free and gluten-free but I don't feel great. Please don't say vegan because most cookies do not contain meat products."

"Great! I substitute the oil with vegan butter. I substitute the milk with Vanilla Zevia soda. I added oatmeal, pecans and zero sugar white chocolate jello. OMG!"
— Rhonda A. (5/5)
"I'm not a fan of almond flour anything so that might be why. They cooked up nicely, but ultimately I let my husband eat them. I wasn't interested in them and when he finished them I asked him how he liked them and he thought they were too soft, but that would be how I like them. :^)"

"Good taste but a but crumbly to handle."
