Thankfully, you can indulge without having to compromise your health goals with this Chocolate Donut recipe! We made these Sugar-Free Chocolate Donuts possible thanks to our newly reformulated Pancake & Baking Mix to create the perfect gluten free, keto friendly base. Choose between Peanut Butter or Suntella Chocolate glaze (or enjoy both!) for an a-glazing donut treat!

Indulge in a guilt-free treat with our Sugar-Free Chocolate Donut recipe made with gluten-free, keto-friendly Pancake & Baking Mix. You can choose between Peanut Butter or Suntella Chocolate glaze for a delectable treat!

Ingredients

    • 3/4 c Lakanto Pancake & Baking mix

    • 1 c Lakanto Baking Sweetener

    • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder

    • ½ c milk (non-dairy or water works)

    • 2 Tbsp  coconut oil

    • 2 eggs

    • ½ tsp vanilla extract

    • ¼ c Sunflower Chocolate Spread

    • 2 Tbsp Lakanto Chocolate Chips, melted

    • 2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted

    • 2 Tbsp Lakanto Peanut Butter Powder

    • ¼ c Lakanto Powdered Sweetener

    • 3 Tbsp milk or non-dairy milk

    • 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter

    Directions

      1. Preheat oven to 325F.  Spray donut pan with cooking spray and set aside.

      2. Combine the baking mix, baking sweetener, and cocoa powder in a medium bowl.  

      3. Whisk in the milk, melted coconut oil, eggs, and extract, and stir until evenly mixed.

      4. Fill each donut mold ¾ full.  Use a piping bag if it makes filling the pan easier.  

      5. Bake 8-10 minutes.  

      6. Remove from oven and allow donuts to cool slightly before removing from pan.  Frost with desired glaze.

      1. Stir all ingredients together until smooth. 

      2. Pour into a shallow bowl to make dipping the donuts easier.
