This easy, 5 minute prep time recipe will have you making these over and over again.

Makes 6, 3 oz Creamsicles


Ingredients

  • ½ c. unsweetened cashew milk (or the milk of your choosing)

  • ½ cup Lakanto Simple Syrup, Original Flavored 

  • 1 cup Coconut Cream (canned, unsweetened)

  • 8 drops Lakanto Liquid Monkfruit Extract, vanilla 

  • 4 crystallized orange packets or 1 T Orange Extract

  • 1 T fresh orange zest (optional, but delicious)

  • Ideas for natural light orange color: 1/2 tsp paprika, 1 T carrot or orange juice, 1-2 drops of orange natural food coloring

    1. In a small cup, measure Lakanto Simple Syrup, Vanilla Monkfruit Extract and crystallized orange packets (or extract) and orange zest. Mix well.

    2. In a mixing bowl, add coconut milk, cashew milk and sprinkle on some paprika.

    3. Mix well. Add in the Simple Syrup mixture and mix until incorporated.

    4. Place mixture in freezer molds, add sticks or tops and freeze for 6-8 hours.

    Just FYI total carbs you state 2g subtract your fiber and sugar alcohol makes this zero carbs.
