Golden Turmeric Smoothie Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk, chilled
- 1/2 cup almond milk, chilled
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp ginger, chopped
- 5 drops Lakanto Monkfruit Drops
Make your Golden Turmeric Smoothie
- Add all ingredients and blend on low for 1-3 minutes, until smooth.
- Serve immediately—smoothies don't hold well.
- Do not refrigerate or the coconut oil will harden.
