Ah, donuts... One of our true loves! Who can truly resist? These donuts are gluten free and can be dairy free and made keto. The versatility of our Lakanto Pancake & Baking Mix is what makes these donuts even more amazing! And we can't forget of course, our Lakanto Baking Monkfruit Sweetener.

The strawberry glaze in particular adds a fruitful flavor that will have you reminiscing on berry picking days in the summer time! Or if you prefer the taste of simple yet still sweet, we love the vanilla sugar-free glaze too. No need to resist these bad boys any longer! See below for the recipe and instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.  Spray donut pan with cooking spray and set aside.   
  2. Combine the baking mix and baking sweetener in a medium bowl.  
  3. Whisk in the milk, melted coconut oil, eggs, and extract. Stir until evenly mixed.  
  4. Fill each donut mold ¾ full.  Use a piping bag if it makes filling the pan easier.  
  5. Bake 8-10 minutes.  
  6. Remove from oven and allow donuts to cool slightly before removing from pan.  Frost with desired glaze.
