This three ingredient recipe makes a dozen Gluten Free, Sugar-Free Blueberry Donuts that will make a great accompaniment to your morning coffee. With only 3 net carbs per serving, these donuts are Keto friendly and delicious. 

 Ingredients in Keto Blueberry Donuts:

  • 1 Lakanto Sugar-Free Blueberry Muffin Mix 
  • 1/2 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk (almond milk makes this creamier, but you can use any milk)
  • 1 egg, beaten, room temperature
  • Optional : Handful fresh blueberries

Instructions for Keto Blueberry Donuts:

Mix all the ingredients until just blended (don’t over mix!) 

Add to a greased donut pan. If you don’t have a donut pan, you can form donut holes and place in a muffin tin.

Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes, just until they are cooked through.

Allow to cool fully before drizzling this Sugar-Free Vanilla Glaze over the top. YUM!
