Keto Blueberry Donuts
Enjoy a dozen of Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free Blueberry Donuts with only 3 net carbs per serving! This three-ingredient recipe is perfect for a keto-friendly breakfast with your morning coffee.
1 Lakanto Sugar-Free Blueberry Muffin Mix
1/2 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk (almond milk makes this creamier, but you can use any milk)
1 egg, beaten, room temperature
Optional : Handful fresh blueberries
Mix all the ingredients until just blended (don’t over mix!)
Add to a greased donut pan. If you don’t have a donut pan, you can form donut holes and place in a muffin tin.
Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes, just until they are cooked through.
Allow to cool fully before drizzling this Sugar-Free Vanilla Glaze over the top. YUM!
