While not always Keto, we developed a recipe where you can enjoy the benefits of Acai berry with a Keto friendly, delicious smoothie.
Ingredients in Keto Acai Berry Smoothie:
- 1 Acai berry pack *no sugar added (can sub ½ cup fresh or frozen blackberries)
- 1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
- 2/3 cup almond milk unsweetened
- ⅓ cup coconut milk
- 1 1/2 T whey protein (unsweetened)
- 3-4 Drops Sugar-Free Liquid Monkfruit Extract Drops (or to taste)
Instructions for Keto Acai Berry Smoothie:
Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Makes 2, 10oz servings
