Açaí berries are often considered a superfood.  They contain a range of powerful plant-based compounds, including an abundance of antioxidants. Their beautiful color makes a stunning appearance! 

While not always Keto, we developed a recipe where you can enjoy the benefits of Acai berry with a Keto friendly, delicious smoothie.

 

Ingredients in Keto Acai Berry Smoothie:

  • 1 Acai berry pack *no sugar added (can sub ½ cup fresh or frozen blackberries)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
  • 2/3 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • ⅓ cup coconut milk 
  • 1 1/2  T whey protein (unsweetened)
  • 1 T Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener (or to taste)

Instructions for Keto Acai Berry Smoothie: 

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Makes 2, 10oz servings
