Ingredients in Peach Ginger Smoothie:
1 1/2 cups frozen sliced peaches
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
2 oz Plain Greek Yogurt (Vegan option: sub a non-dairy yogurt or coconut cream)
1 cup unsweetened milk (we used almond)
Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Makes a 10oz serving.
