Creamy Cheddar Cheese Sauce
Life should be cheesy. This sauce is so good, you'll want to put it on everything. It's keto-friendly and easy to make with just a few ingredients.
Dip veggies in or pour it over anything that needs a little cheese. It's a perfect snack for football games or anytime you need some vegetables to disappear.
2 tbsp Butter
3/4 c Heavy Cream
1-1/4 c Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Heat a medium skillet on low heat and melt in the butter. Then, carefully whisk the cream into the melted butter in 3 separate additions.
In 3-4 addition, whisk in the cheddar cheese. Continually stir until the cheese is melted and you have a smooth, creamy sauce.
Allow the sauce to cool for 5 minutes to thicken before using. Enjoy!
