Nutrient-Dense Smoothie Ingredients
1 small bunch celery
1 tsp ginger
Lakanto Liquid Extract to taste
- Juice celery, cucumber, and ginger in a juicer. If using a blender, add water and blend, then run through a cheesecloth.
- Add juice from half of a lime.
- Add Lakanto Liquid Extract (or any Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener) to taste.
- Drink immediately, or save it in an airtight container and drink within 24 hours for optimal freshness.
Add ice to froth
Add 1/2 avocado to make creamy
Add 4 ounces unsweetened almond milk for protein
