Celery Juice with Ginger

This is a great green smoothie if you want to incorporate celery juice into your diet without having to drink it straight. Pour yourself a glass and enjoy. 


1 small bunch celery
1/2 cucumber
1/2 lime
1 tsp ginger
Lakanto Sweetener to taste


  1. Juice celery, cucumber, and ginger in a juicer. If using a blender, add water and blend, then run through a cheesecloth.
  2. Add juice from half of a lime.
  3. Add Lakanto Sweetener to tast.
  4. Drink immediately, or save it in an airtight container and drink within 24 hours for optimal freshness.

Optional Modifiers:
Add ice to froth
Add 1/2 avocado to make creamy
Add 4 ounces unsweetened almond milk for protein
