Celery Juice with Ginger
This is a great green smoothie if you want to incorporate celery juice into your diet without having to drink it straight. Pour yourself a glass and enjoy.
1 small bunch celery
1 tsp ginger
Lakanto Sweetener to taste
- Juice celery, cucumber, and ginger in a juicer. If using a blender, add water and blend, then run through a cheesecloth.
- Add juice from half of a lime.
- Add Lakanto Sweetener to tast.
- Drink immediately, or save it in an airtight container and drink within 24 hours for optimal freshness.
Add ice to froth
Add 1/2 avocado to make creamy
Add 4 ounces unsweetened almond milk for protein
