What better way to ensure that Santa can have as many cookies as he wants than to make them sugar-free?
Vegan Sugar Cookies
1 package Lakanto Cookie Mix
¼ cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
½ cup almond butter
½ c coconut oil, softened
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp water
Refrigerate 24 hours for best results. Roll out dough using almond flour to prevent sticking. Place cookies on oiled cookie sheet and bake at 375* for 8-10 min.
