If you're looking for a little something to top off your sugar cookies or to enhance your cakes, try this vegan frosting.
Ingredients
1 cup Lakanto Powdered Monkfruit Sweetener
⅓ cup Cocoa Powder
3 tbsp Coconut Oil
¼ cup Almond Milk
Instructions
- Mix sweetener, cocoa powder, and coconut oil in medium mixing bowl until combined (about 20 seconds).
- Add milk slowly to bowl while mixing. Continue mixing until well combined to your desired consistency. If it’s too thick add more milk, if it’s too thin add more sweetener.

Frosting came out pretty great. Had to add a little more cocoa & Lakato on the backend to get it to the right thickness (maybe it depends on your room temp & humidity)
It’s not as sweet as I thought it’d be, which is what I’d hoped for. It’s also worth your while to use really high quality cocoa powder, not just something standard.
A great chocolate frosting recipe. Really like this one & will be what I use from now on.
