Have a craving for something sweet and cheesecake-y? This sugar free dessert is just what you need. Grab a spoon, you're going to love this Vanilla Cheesecake Fluff.
Ingredients
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 Tbsp Lakanto Classic Sweetener
9 drops Vanilla Flavored Lakanto Liquid Monkfruit Sweetener
1 cup heavy cream (whipped)

1. Whip together the heavy cream until you have a stiff whipped cream - about 2-3 minutes. Keep an eye on this first step to avoid turning your whipped cream into sweet butter! When done, set the whipped cream aside in a new bowl.

2. Mix together the cream cheese, Classic Sweetener, and Vanilla Liquid Sweetener on a high speed.
Continue mixing the cream cheese on high until it is totally smooth and free of lumps. This can take up to 5-10 minutes, occasionally scrape the cream cheese off the paddle and sides of the bowl.

3. Once the cream cheese is light and fluffy, mix half the whipped cream into the cream cheese on a very low speed. Then, use a spatula to fold the remaining whipped cream by hand into the cheesecake fluff. Enjoy immediately!Â
