Ingredients in Sugar-Free Shamrock Shake:
¾ cup Unsweetened Almond or Cashew Milk
¼ cup Heavy Cream or Coconut Cream
1/2 medium Avocado (without skin and seed, can be frozen cubes)
1/2 cup Baby Spinach
1-2 drops Lakanto Liquid Monkfruit Extract Vanilla
½ tsp Peppermint Extract/Peppermint essential oil (or 3-5 fresh mint leaves)
1/2 -1 cup Ice Cubes
Instructions for Sugar-Free Shamrock Shake:
- In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend at high speed to combine. Pause to check for sweetness and add additional sweetener if needed. Blend on high speed again.
- Pour into two glasses and top with sugar-free fresh whipped cream made with Lakanto Powdered Monkfruit Sweetener. A great recipe here
