Recipe by Laura Miner of Cook at Home Mom
Whether you're a lover of pumpkin or just testing out what the "pumpkin spice latte" craze is all about, we're here to welcome this beloved fall drink. Thanks to Laura Miner from Cook at Home Mom for sharing this recipe and showing us how to enjoy the season while being sugar-free!

A Pumpkin Spice Latte With a Smoothie Twist
Traditional pumpkin spice lattes are usually served hot, but this recipe takes a different approach. By using cooled coffee and chilled pumpkin puree, you can blend everything together into a smooth, creamy drink that's especially refreshing while still delivering all those familiar fall flavors.
The full-fat coconut milk gives the smoothie a rich, creamy texture, while heavy whipping cream can be used if you prefer an even more indulgent drink. Pumpkin puree adds authentic pumpkin flavor and pairs perfectly with pumpkin pie spice, while vanilla rounds everything out with a touch of warmth.
You can enjoy this sugar-free pumpkin spice smoothie on its own or finish it with whipped cream and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon for a coffeehouse-inspired treat. It's proof that you don't need complicated ingredients or a long list of steps to bring your favorite fall flavors into your everyday routine.
So, whether you're a longtime pumpkin spice fan or simply looking for a new way to enjoy your morning coffee, grab your blender and get ready to make this creamy, flavorful pumpkin spice latte smoothie at home.

Your recipe for a S/F Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie sounds & looks delicious 😱💞!! I follow a Keto lifestyle, while also a Diabetic Meal Plan. Therefore carb count is of the upmost importance!! Is there any way to make this with much less carbs?? If I put almond mild in instead of coconut milk, will it be too watery??
Thank you for your thoughts!! I so want a S/F PSL, but all coffee shops (Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts) are loaded with sugar & carbs. 😪😵💫.
I so appreciate your time & thoughts 💞. Stay safe. 🙏. Lori
