A Little Magic in Every Glass

Witch’s Brew is made for Halloween hosting. It’s easy to prepare, fun to serve, and just dramatic enough to become a conversation starter. The vivid green color and floating eyeball garnish make it feel right at home at a spooky soirée, a Halloween movie night, or your next gathering with the spirits.

Why You’ll Love This Witch’s Brew

  • Cocktail or mocktail: Make it with gin for a classic cocktail or skip the alcohol for a refreshing, citrusy mocktail.
  • A spooky showstopper: Bright green color, edible glitter, and an eerie eyeball garnish give every glass a Halloween-ready look.
  • Fresh and citrusy: Lime juice brings a bright, tart flavor that keeps each sip refreshing.
  • Easy to make: With simple ingredients and minimal prep, you can mix up a batch before your guests arrive.

The Magic Behind the Flavor

Fresh Lime Juice

Tart, zesty lime juice gives Witch’s Brew its bright citrus flavor. It balances the sweetness and makes this drink refreshing from the first sip to the last.

Lakanto Simple Syrup

A splash of Lakanto Simple Syrup adds sweetness to complement the fresh lime. It helps bring the flavors together without overpowering the citrus.

A Little Fizz

Top your brew with soda water for a crisp, refreshing finish or use sugar-free lemon-lime soda for a sweeter citrus twist. Either option adds bubbles that make this spooky drink even more fun to sip.

The Finishing Touches

Green food coloring gives Witch’s Brew its signature potion-like look, while a sprinkle of edible glitter adds a little shimmer. Finish each glass with a lychee and blueberry eyeball garnish for a creepy-cute detail your guests won’t forget.

Make It a Cocktail or Mocktail

The best part about Witch’s Brew? Everyone can have their own version.

For the cocktail, gin adds a botanical note that pairs nicely with the bright lime. For the mocktail, simply leave out the gin and let the lime, Lakanto Simple Syrup, and bubbly soda do the work. Both versions bring the same vivid green color, sparkling finish, and spooky garnish to the table.

Make one version or serve both so everyone has something fun to raise their glass with.
