This root beer is 100% sugar free! With just five ingredients including the dry ice you can brew up a fun and witchy drink. The dry ice adds a little bubbly carbonation and creates a fog that looks perfectly spooky inside a cauldron!

Homemade root beer using Lakanto Classic Allulose is 100% sugar free, but still 100% kid approved!
Ingredients

8 cups of cold water

1 cup Classic Monkfruit & Allulose Sweetener

1 Tbsp root beer extract
-
¼ tsp vanilla extract
-
small chunk of dry ice (we used about 1 lb)

Instructions
Using any large pot, drink dispenser or a cauldron add all ingredients excluding the dry ice.
Stir well and ensure all the sweetener is dissolved.
Using tongs place the dry ice into the root beer and have fun watching the fog! stir occasionally and wait about 30 minutes. The longer you wait the more bubbly the root beer will become.
Recipe Note
Add sugar free vanilla ice cream to make a root beer float!
