Get the detox apple cider vinegar they sell it at Walmart easier to take I take one tablespoon in the morning and one at night trying lower my A1C. want to see if it works at 7 right now being taking it for 4 weeks lets see what happens . I take rosuvastatin for cholesterol they say that spikes up my sugar always used to be the low 6s

Apple Cider Vinegar is hidden treasure. I have used in so many ways but never undiluted. My favorite mixture is 1 or 2 tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar added with 1 tablespoon of honey in warm water. It definitely helped me lower my blood pressure.

Would have been nice to have some info in this article about how much to take and the best things to mix it with in order to get it down. Made the mistake of trying to drink it undiluted once and never tried it again.
