International orders can be shipped via FedEx or USPS. You may choose the shipping method that best serves your needs during the checkout process. Pricing is available prior to placing your order by filling in your complete address information, then the pricing options will be accurate.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Customs or Customs fees and/or charges including but not limited to VAT or GAT taxes in Canada or elsewhere. If you have further questions about Customs clearance or shipping regulations, please contact your local Post Office or Customs Office regarding their regulations BEFORE you order.
Our warehouse and fulfillment facilities are in Utah, United States, and all orders are shipped from the USA. Any orders refunded by us will be refunded minus the shipping and handling fees. Wholesale orders are subject to the same shipping policies as other orders.
