Customer Returns and Refund Policies

We hope you love our products as much as we do, but in case you don’t – Our Return Policy is simple; we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for all of our products. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we are only able to accept returns with 30 days of purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied within 30 days, you may initiate a return by following the instructions below.

How to Initiate a Return

Please send an email to our Customer Service at and tell us your name, order number, shipping address and the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will forward a prepaid shipping label for you to return your order to the following address:

Only unopened products in their original packaging will be accepted for a 100% refund less original shipping costs if returned within 30 days of purchase.

Opened products may be returned in their original packaging for 50% refund, less shipping original costs if returned within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business day to post the refund to your account.

NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you choose not to use our prepaid shipping label, shipment is at your own expense.

We suggest that customers get tracking and shipping confirmation when returning a product to ensure receives the package. is not responsible for lost packages during the return shipping process.

It is also suggested that customers obtain insurance on products before returning. All refunds will be issued only after returned product has been received in our warehouse.

Changing or Canceling Your Order

Our system is set up to get your products to you as quickly as possible, so you cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.
