"After researching erythritol and its potential danger to heart function I will not be using these products. I wish they would have the monk fruit alone as the sweetener. Also, I learned erythritol interferes with the medication warfarin, meaning it can increase the chance of abnormal blood clotting."

Do not suggest the premixed sweets

"Not good at all. I bought the blueberry muffin mix because I’m familiar and trust the brand. The final product is a muffin with a mushy interior that has a powerful egg flavor and no other distinctive taste. I even added fresh blueberries, but the texture and overpowering egg flavor made them almost inedible. I don’t recommend at all!"

Q&A

How many calories does each muffin contain?
Hi! Thanks for reaching out to us at Lakanto! I am sorry, I have not been provided the information about the amount of calories in a muffin once baked, but I'll do my best to figure it out! A 1/3 cup of coconut oil = 626 calories, three eggs = 234 calories Muffin mix = 210 calories. So, 620+234+210 = 1064 calories in total. So assuming all measurements are correct, there would be 89 calories per Muffin. Hope this helps, please reach out if you have any further inquiries!
Is the blueberry muffin mix vegan
Hi! Yes, the Blueberry mix itself is vegan!
