Non-GMO Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener (Erythritol and Monk Fruit Extract), Almond Flour, Oat Fiber, Walnuts, Tapioca Fiber, Fava Bean Protein, Natural Banana Flavor, Cellulose, Psyllium, Cinnamon, Sea Salt, Baking Powder, Baking Soda. Contains Tree Nuts (Almonds, Walnuts).
*Net Carbs: Subtract Fiber and Sugar Alcohols from Total Carbohydrates. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not consume raw.
What You Need:

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - Makes 12 muffins.
