Valentine's Day is just around the corner, and you know what that means? Chocolate is in the air.

Suntella Chocolate Hearts

Ingredients: 

2 tbsp Raw Cacao Butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Himalayan sea salt
Dried Rose Petals for garnish

Directions:

1. In a small saucepan, melt Suntella, cacao butter, and vanilla extract over low heat. Stir to combine. 
2. Mix in sea salt.
3. Pour liquid chocolate into silicone molds and freeze for 20-30 minutes until hard enough to easily remove from molds. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy this rich, sugar-free treat with your loved ones! 

Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream

Ingredients For Ice Cream:
4 Organic Pasture-Raised Egg Yolks
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
2 tbsp Grassfed Ghee
1 c Almond Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 c Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
3 heaping tbsp. Raw Cacao Powder

Ingredients For Cookie Dough:
1 1/2 tbsp Almond Flour
2 tbsp Grassfed Ghee
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp MCT Oil
Handful sugar-free chocolate chips (or Lakanto Chocolate Bar, chopped)
1 heaping tbsp Almond Butter

Directions:

1. In a high-speed blender, blend all ice cream ingredients together. Then place in your ice cream maker. (Note- if you do not have an ice cream maker, you pour the blended ingredients into a bowl, freeze, and then re-blend once frozen). 
2. In a separate bowl mix cookie dough ingredients. Form into small balls of your own desired size.
3. Top ice cream with cookie dough balls and enjoy.

Keto Chocolate Avocado Bread

Ingredients:

2 Ripe Avocados
3 Organic Pasture Raised Eggs
1 c Almond Flour
1/2 c Coconut Flour
3 heaping tbsp Almond Butter
2 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
1/2 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 c Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips (or 1/2 bar Lakanto Chocolate, chopped)

Directions: 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a blender or food processor, combine avocados, eggs, almond butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Pour into a mixing bowl and add in almond flour, coconut flour, Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener, cacao, sea salt, and baking soda. Then mix in half of the chocolate chips/chunks.
4. Line an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches loaf pan with parchment paper (if using a smaller, deeper pan, you may have to cook longer).
5. Pour in batter then top with the rest of the chocolate chips/chunks.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until you can pull a fork out clean.
