3/4 c Lakanto Pancake & Baking mix
1 c Lakanto Baking Sweetener
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
½ c milk (non-dairy or water works)
2 Tbsp coconut oil
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ c Sunflower Chocolate Spread
2 Tbsp Lakanto Chocolate Chips, melted
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 Tbsp Lakanto Peanut Butter Powder
¼ c Lakanto Powdered Sweetener
3 Tbsp milk or non-dairy milk
1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
Sunflower Chocolate Glaze Ingredients
Peanut Butter Glaze
Preheat oven to 325F. Spray donut pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Combine the baking mix, baking sweetener, and cocoa powder in a medium bowl.
Whisk in the milk, melted coconut oil, eggs, and extract, and stir until evenly mixed.
Fill each donut mold ¾ full. Use a piping bag if it makes filling the pan easier.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow donuts to cool slightly before removing from pan. Frost with desired glaze.
Stir all ingredients together until smooth.
Pour into a shallow bowl to make dipping the donuts easier.
