Ingredients:4 Peaches, Pitted and Quartered
1 Cup Raspberries
1 1/4 Cup Water
1/2 - 1 Cup Lakanto Classic Sweetener, to desired taste
1/2 Cup Water
7 Cup Cold Water
1 1/4 Cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Add peaches, raspberries, and 1 1/4 cup water to a blender and process until pureed.
Pour through a sieve.
Set liquid aside.
Add sweetener and 1/2 cup water to a small saucepan.
Heat over medium heat until sweetener dissolves into the water, stirring occasionally.
Set aside to cool slightly.
Add 7 cups water, lemon juice, and ice cubes to a large pitcher. Stir to combine.
Combine both liquid mixtures.
Garnish with sliced lemons, raspberries, and mint.
