3 cups rice cereal or a Keto cereal of your choosing
½ cup Lakanto Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
¼ c Lakanto Peanut Butter Spread
1/8 cup butter (can sub softened coconut oil)
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup Powdered Lakanto MonkFruit Sweetener (to your sweetness preference)
Into a large bowl, measure the cereal and set aside.
In a microwaveable bowl, microwave Lakanto Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips, Lakanto Peanut Butter Spread and butter uncovered for 1 minute; stir. Microwave in 30 seconds increments until mixture can be stirred smooth. Do not overheat. Stir in vanilla.
Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour mixture into a gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.
Add Powdered Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on parchment paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
