Rich Creamy Oatmeal

There’s something undeniably comforting about a warm bowl of oatmeal — especially when it’s rich, creamy, and thoughtfully sweetened. This recipe takes classic rolled oats and elevates them with cozy spices, real vanilla, and a touch of indulgent cream, turning a simple breakfast into something that feels slow, nourishing, and satisfying. It’s the kind of meal that warms you from the inside out and keeps you full well into your morning.

By using Lakanto Coconut Sugar with Monk Fruit, you get the familiar caramel-like depth of coconut sugar balanced with monk fruit sweetness, making this oatmeal feel indulgent without being overpowering. Cinnamon adds warmth, while heavy cream creates a luxuriously smooth texture that feels almost dessert-like — yet still perfectly appropriate for breakfast.

Whether you enjoy it as-is or topped with fresh fruit like berries, bananas, peaches, or apples, this creamy oatmeal is endlessly customizable and easy to make part of your daily routine. It’s proof that even the simplest ingredients can feel special with just a few thoughtful additions.
