Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Bacon
12 oz can Kidney Beans
12 oz can Black Beans
12 oz can Navy Beans
12 oz Pinto Beans
1 large Sweet Onion
8 oz can Tomato Paste
½ cup Lakanto Date Sugar with Monk Fruit
½ cup Bourbon
½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
¼ cup Spicy Brown Mustard
2 Tbsp crushed garlic
1 gallon Vegetable Juice
Directions
In a 5 qt dutch oven, brown the ground beef, remove and set aside.
Next chop up the bacon and cook until crisp. Remove and set aside.
Add the onion to the bacon fat and sweat until soft and translucent being sure to scrape up any fond from the bottom of the pan.
Drain the beans and mix with beef, bacon in Dutch oven.
In a separate bowl combine tomato paste, sugar, bourbon, vinegar, garlic, and mustard. Mix well and add to dutch oven.
Mix in the magic dust and add vegetable juice till pot is full. Smoke on medium heat for at least 1 hour stirring occasionally.
