Coconut Peanut Butter Protein Bites

Inspired by our favorite Olympian, Christen Press, we developed this simple, sugar-free, on the go snack to help you accomplish all of your #goals. Because your to-do list is as important as any star athlete, switch up your snack line-up and make these Powerballs. They'll provide the energy you need to get all the wins you deserve! 


These peanut butter protein balls are easy to make with just a few simple ingredients from your pantry. A healthy snack on-the-go and loaded with peanut butter, cinnamon and your favorite protein powder. Low carb, sugar-free keto, grain free and gluten free. 

Ingredients for Coconut Peanut Butter Protein Bites:

½ cup Natural Peanut Butter or Almond Butter

¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes

¼ cup Lakanto Maple Syrup 

¼ cup Flax, Hemp or Chia Seeds

1 cup Superfine Almond Flour 

1 tsp vanilla extract 

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Dash of sea salt

1 scoop vanilla protein powder 

¼ cup Lakanto Chocolate Chips, roughly chopped

Instructions for Coconut Almond Protein Bites:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl 
  2. Add wet ingredients and mix well with KitchenAid or electric mixer
  3. Scoop into 1-2 inch balls with a cookie scoop 
  4. Place onto cookie sheet and refrigerate for one hour before serving 
  5. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to one week
