The plastic bag was hard to open, I tried pulling the intended strip, but it did not rip in a straight line - there were some of the leftover plastic that I had to cut it off with scissors; zipping the bag up is okay. When I followed the instructions to make matcha with milk, the color was of a light-white-green; I expected it to look medium green, but the taste was still strong and delicious! I enjoy using this Matcha Latte mix in my milk every day when I wake up in the morning after working out!"
