Sugar-Free Brazilian Lemonade
85
Brazilian Lemonade is a refreshingly delicious drink, unlike any other beverage, and a favorite drink of many. Tart, but sweet, made with fresh limes and milk to make it creamy. We've taken a standard recipe and made it sugar-free using Monkfruit Sweetener.
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- ½ cup Lakanto Powdered Monkfruit Sweetener
- 2 whole limes, washed
3 T unsweetened milk (we used coconut milk)
- 3-5 drops Liquid Monkfruit Sweetener, original or vanilla
Directions
In a blender, mix water and Lakanto Powdered Sweetener until smooth.
Wash limes thoroughly with soap and cut the ends off and cut each lime into eighths.
Place limes into blender with Sweetener mix and pulse 4-5 times for a couple of seconds each. (do not turn blender on high or the peels will blend too much and be bitter)
Stir in milk and Liquid Monkfruit Drops.Pour the mixture from the blender through a mesh strainer into a pitcher and strain out the solids.
Chill until ready to drink. Pour into 2 cups, over lots of ice and garnish with a fresh lime, if desired.

I’m definitely making this tomorrow! This sounds amazing like so many of your other recipes
This sounds great! Refreshing!
Could lemon or oranges be substitute for limes? My lemon and tangelo tree’s are quite abundant this year. Amen! I’m trying out some other citrus recipes. I use Lankanto monkfruit instead of sugar. We love it!
Thank you for all the yummy recipes.
