Ingredients

4 Tbsp Lakanto Coconut Sugar with Monk Fruit

2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika

1 tsp chipotle powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp coarse sea salt

1 tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp mustard seeds
-
1 tsp ground coriander
-
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Combine all spices and mix well until evenly blended. Press the rub firmly onto your protein at room temperature, coating all sides generously. About 1 tbsp of rub for each portion of protein.
Let rest for at least 30 minutes before grilling. For best results, marinate 2-4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
