Our version of Pumpkin Foam is sweet and spicy but without the high sugar count. This creamy topping for coffee, tea or hot chocolate mimics the taste from your favorite coffee shop, but with way less sugar and carbs.
With 1 gram of sugar (naturally in the pumpkin), you can have the seasonal taste you love without compromising your nutritional needs.
Whip this up on the weekend, store it in a jar in your fridge all week long to enjoy in your Monday morning coffee, your Tues afternoon Chai Latte, or top your Wednesday protein shake.

Ingredients for Sugar-Free Pumpkin Foam:
½ c Heavy Cream (use a good one with high fat)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-1 ½ T pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (plus a little more for on top)
Instructions to make our version of Sugar-Free Pumpkin Foam:
Whisk together in a cup or bowl the cream and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Mix in the vanilla, pumpkin puree and the pumpkin pie spice.
Pour mixture into a high speed blender and blend for 10-12 seconds until fluffy and thick or use an electric milk frother and blend for 45-60 seconds.
Top your favorite beverage and sprinkle with some extra pumpkin pie spice.
Store in an airtight jar up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
