Pumpkin Spice Fat Bombs

 

 

Ingredients:

1/2 C. Coconut Oil

3/4 C.- Pumpkin Puree

1/3 C. Flax Meal (ground flax seeds)

1 tsp. Cinnamon

1/2 tsp. Nutmeg

1/4 tsp. Salt

1/3 C. Powder Lakanto Sweetener

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined and then place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  2. Once the mixture has been in the freezer for 30 minutes, pull out the bowl and roll the mixture into balls. Put balls in the fridge for 1 hour before eating. or store in fridge up to 1 week.
