Using our fan favorite Classic Allulose, this Blueberry Crumble is sugar free and so delicious! There is no bottom pie crust in this recipe. It is a blueberry filling topped with a crunchy, buttery, crumbly topping.

4 cups blueberries

2 tablespoons flour

2 teaspoons Classic Allulose Sweetener

1 cup sifted flour

½ cup butter

1 cup Classic Allulose Sweetener

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl lightly stir the bluberries with the sweetener and flour until evenly coated.
Place the blueberry mixture in a buttered 8x8 baking dish.
For the crumbly topping, mix the flour, butter, sugar, salt, baking powder and vanilla extract together.
Sprinkle the topping over the blueberry mixture.
Bake for 50 minutes. The top should be golden brown.
Let cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes before serving.
