These peanut butter protein balls are easy to make with just a few simple ingredients from your pantry. A healthy snack on-the-go and loaded with peanut butter, cinnamon and your favorite protein powder. Low carb, sugar-free keto, grain free and gluten free.Â
Ingredients for Coconut Peanut Butter Protein Bites:
½ cup Natural Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
ÂĽ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
ÂĽ cup Flax, Hemp or Chia Seeds
1 cup Superfine Almond FlourÂ
1 tsp vanilla extractÂ
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Dash of sea salt
1 scoop vanilla protein powderÂ
ÂĽ cup Lakanto Chocolate Chips, roughly chopped
Instructions for Coconut Almond Protein Bites:
- Combine all dry ingredients together in a mixing bowlÂ
- Add wet ingredients and mix well with KitchenAid or electric mixer
- Scoop into 1-2 inch balls with a cookie scoopÂ
- Place onto cookie sheet and refrigerate for one hour before servingÂ
- Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to one week
