Coconut Flour Crepes


2 Tbsp Coconut Flour

1 Tbsp Arrow Root Powder

1/4 tsp Salt

4 Eggs

1/2 Cup Water

1 Tbsp Melted Coconut Oil

1/2 tsp Vanilla


1In a bowl whisk together 2 tablespoons coconut flour, 1 tablespoon arrow root powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. In another bowl combine the four eggs, 1/2 cup water, 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.

2Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients while whisking vigorously. Whisk into well mixed with no lumps.

3Let the better stand for 10+ minutes to overnight (refrigerate it overnight)

4Using an 8-inch pan on medium low heat coat the pan with coconut oil and then add 3 tablespoons of batter. When placing the batter swirl the pan to spread it evenly.

5Cook for a few minutes until bubbly and lightly browned. Then flip and cook opposite side a few more minutes.

6Repeat cooking process with remaining batter, then serve.
