Coconut Cashew Bars




2 cups pitted dates

3/4 cups shredded coconut, unsweetened

2/3 cups unsalted cashews


1Add The coconut and the cashews into the blender, and process until no large chunks remain.

2Now at the dates to the coconut and cashew crumbs, and process in the blender for 3 to 4 minutes or until smooth and well combined.

3Line a 9 x 9 pan with parchment paper and then press mixture into pan. Let's set for and hour or two in the refrigerator.

4Cut and Serve now or place in an airtight container in fridge for later.
