Sahara is passionate merging the intuitive wisdom of Ayurveda, the world’s oldest health system, with modern-nutritional science. This self-professed nerd serves on the nutrition board of Harvard School of Public Health and was the featured Nutritionist at Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move Campaign Event at Harvard Medical School. Sahara leads international retreats around the globe and has her own clothing line, Saraswati Couture, made of recycled sari material by victims of sexual trafficking in India.
