Ayurvedic/ Sports/ Holistic Nutritionist, Author of The Idiot’s Guide to Ayurveda, Holistic Health and Beauty Blogger behind EatFeelFresh.com.

Sahara Rose is a Mind-Body Healer, guiding individuals to find the optimal diet and lifestyle practices for their specific unique mind and body type. She leads her signature 12-Week online Eat Right For Your Mind-Body Type Program, teaching participants step-by-step how to find the right foods, exercise, skincare and lifestyle practices according to their unique needs- which are ever-changing according to our stress levels, environment and season. She believes our relationship with food is a direct relationship with our relationship with ourselves and helps people overcome emotional eating to heal their relationship with food- and themselves- once again.

Sahara is passionate merging the intuitive wisdom of Ayurveda, the world’s oldest health system, with modern-nutritional science. This self-professed nerd serves on the nutrition board of Harvard School of Public Health and was the featured Nutritionist at Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move Campaign Event at Harvard Medical School. Her upcoming book, The Idiot’s Guide to Ayurveda, will be available in bookstores nationwide August 2017, explaining this ancient medical and spiritual system in a way it never has been before- so people can actually understand and benefit from it.

Sahara leads international retreats around the globe and has her own clothing line, Saraswati Couture, made of recycled sari material by victims of sexual trafficking in India. When not in work-mode, you can find Sahara busting a move in a Belly Dance, Jamaican Dance Hall or Bollywood dance class or coming up with a new amazing recipe to make with Lakanto (and peanut-butter.)
